We are seeking an attorney with employment litigation experience to join our growing law firm. An attorney in this position will be benefits-eligible and will generally have an  expected billable hour goal of 1700 hours, with option to work remotely.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in a wide variety of employment matters, including litigation of PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage and hour claims as well as drafting motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions. Experience advising clients on company policies and procedures is preferred but not required. We are litigators who also regularly advise companies on a wide range of transactional services, including employee handbooks, and agreements, handle trainings, and crisis management and conduct investigations.

• Requirements : California bar membership is required.
• At least one year of solid employment law experience including PAGA Experience (preferred).
• Excellent legal research, writing, verbal communication, and analytical skills.
• Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively.
