Director For Wellness And Resiliency, Strategic Account
The TaskUs Wellness & Resiliency Program is a unique support service provided to our employees globally. We are looking for a Director for Wellness and Resiliency to oversee all aspects of this program globally for a strategic account. In this role, you will work closely with Wellness & Resiliency Managers, typically one per site, who in turn lead teams of Life Coaches, Licensed Mental Health Professionals, and Vendors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Client Services, Recruitment, and Compliance. You will regularly lead client-facing meetings and site visits. You will develop the materials and manage the Strategic Account Review sessions with key clients which include wellness scorecards, advanced planning sessions, presentation formats, and multi-year strategic plan outcomes. You will also own the reporting and updates on wellness initiatives and vision. You will report to the Sr. Director of Wellness and Resiliency and work closely with other senior leaders to ensure your work is in line with the broader departmental and company strategy.
Responsibilities Include :
- Lead and manage wellness initiatives and oversee end-to-end Wellness and Resiliency functions for a global client
- Ensure wellness initiatives are aligned and remain compliant with the client's Statement of Work
- Partner consistently with TaskUs Client Services and Operations personnel as one team
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client's wellness department leaders and other stakeholders
- Evaluate and review Wellness programming regularly to ensure compliance and quality control
- Initiate specific programs, activities, and projects between and among sites related to wellness
- Gather data to report to senior leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and clients
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments, sites, and geographies to promote wellness and resiliency initiatives and requirements, and ensure client satisfaction
- Support business reviews with thought leadership and present growth opportunities in this forum
- Lead audit and compliance reviews, prepare presentation decks in partnership with Data and Research Team
- Represent the department in client-facing meetings and events, translate internal actions into client objectives
- Socialize and implement future or changing client requirements regarding wellness
- Design and facilitate advanced and more complex (leadership, customized) wellness sessions and initiatives
- Offer solutions utilizing persuasive themes and effective project management strategies
- Develop a deep understanding of the TaskUs portfolio of Services and Solutions and articulate these to the client
- Establish goals, analyze growth, and provide accurate / complete submission of required progress reports, forecasts, and status of opportunities within wellness
- Develop strategic visions and plans for the account, and rally the team to execute
- Identify account growth opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure growth
Minimum Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or similar tracksMinimum 10 years experience in mental healthMinimum 5 years experience in people management and supervisionMinimum 2 years experience managing international teamsFlexible with work hours to support client meetings or senior-level visits across geographical locations and time zonesExceptional presentation acumen and experienceSuperior strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication skills, with a strong emphasis on listening skillsExcellent interpersonal and leadership skillsHigh level of discretion and confidentialityAbility to travel 25% of the time, both domestically and internationallyEnergetic and self-motivatedAble to work both independently and on a teamPreferred Qualifications
