They've raised $25M from leading VCs who invested early in category winners like One Medical, Hims, Spring Health, Cityblock, Alto Pharmacy, and Tia.

Responsibilities

You're a strong executor who gets things done.Define and evolve the product vision & roadmap : Drive the future of pediatric digital health by translating the founders’ vision to an executable roadmap and product capabilities.AI-Forward Leadership : Champion the integration of AI – including LLMs, copilots, predictive analytics, generative design, and intelligent automation – into our workflows. Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate product discovery, enhance team efficiency.Build the product function : Establish processes and best practices, with an ability to attract top talent as the function grows.Obsess over growth : Identify ways the product can unlock adoption and engagement.Data-driven decision making : Define and track metrics, design experiments, and use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to prioritize effectively.Drive prioritization & alignment : Navigate trade-offs and communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders.Operate with a startup mindset : Be hands-on, scrappy, and iterative in your approach. Test and learn quickly, but always design with scalability in mind.Qualifications
6+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in mental health, telehealth, or clinical workflow.2+ years of managing, with a track record of recruiting and retaining top talent.Adopted AI / ML tools and capabilities into core products or workflows.Track record of building products that have met or exceeded business KPIs.Strong UX / UI sense and the ability to translate user needs into elegant, usable solutions.Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.Effective cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Clinical teams.Experience in startup environments (Series A-C) and comfort operating in ambiguity.Mission-driven : passion for childhood health, empathy for families and providers, and excitement to build the category-defining company.Benefits
