A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support the creation and management of client-facing product documentation for enterprise software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage product documentation, including online help, quick reference guides, and release notes
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather documentation requirements and manage shifting priorities
Apply content strategy and continuous improvement practices to enhance documentation quality and usability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Information Science, Technical Writing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
4-6 years of experience writing technical documentation in a software or technical environment
Strong experience with enterprise-level or complex software products
Hands-on experience with MadCap Flare and working knowledge of HTML
Eligibility and willingness to obtain a U.S. Federal Security Clearance
