Managing Director – Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) Business Unit

As a Managing Director in our Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) Business Unit (BU), you’ll play a critical role in expanding our footprint in North America while delivering next‑generation solutions to financial institutions, reshaping the industry.

Responsibilities

Sia’s Managing Directors (MDs) are pivotal leaders who drive strategic direction, accelerate business growth, lead client delivery, and mentor next‑generation leaders. Responsibilities include :

• Lead client delivery, maintain active billability, contribute to revenue through hands‑on engagement.
• Drive substantial revenue growth, oversee business development and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Originate new business annually through proactive client acquisition and relationship expansion.
• Manage annual revenue, oversee existing client engagements and strategic account management.
• Provide strategic direction, mentorship to client engagement teams and internal development teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent through coaching and performance management.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range : $180,000–$250,000 per year (base salary only). Additional compensation includes personal sales bonus (uncapped) and discretionary bonus opportunities aligned with objectives.
