Base pay range : $120,000.00 / yr - $130,500.00 / yr

Job Description

Senior Project Manager to join our Site Civil Development practice area, focusing on industrial projects, flex office space, multi-tenant buildings, warehousing, manufacturing, fulfillment centers, etc. This role applies client expertise, technical knowledge, and creativity to projects that directly improve our communities while coaching and leading a talented team.

Responsibilities

  • Direct projects by managing and delegating tasks, forecasting and proactively addressing workload, financial performance, resource and staffing needs while collaborating with clients and teammates throughout the organization.
  • Oversee and participate in the cultivation of existing client relationships including periodic client meetings, proposal and budget development, and obtaining feedback in conjunction with Marketing and Practice Area teammates.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years project experience with Commercial, Mixed Use, Industrial and / or Multi-Family projects.
  • Proven leadership, project management, and client relationship skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • 9+ years of engineering / industry experience with demonstrated team management and coaching
  • Knowledge of industrial projects, contracts and project financials, including budgeting / forecasting
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
