A company is looking for an Account Manager to support business relationships with designated customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships between clients and brokers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
Provide reporting and analysis to clients, discussing relevant statistics and addressing ongoing claim issues
Support the Account Executive team with new business and renewal implementation tasks while maintaining excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive in healthcare insurance
Producer license in the state of employment and Life Agent license preferred
Understanding of employee benefits plans, regulations, and major legislation impacting benefits
Experience with benefit administration platforms and knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
