Job Purpose :
The Marketing and Communications team is responsible for developing the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra’s (PSO) audiences through targeted campaigns, outstanding online content, PR opportunities, brand development, and online community management. The Email Marketing Manager will oversee the PSO’s email campaign planning and execution including designing, testing, and analyzing campaigns to measure and report on effectiveness. The person stepping into this role will have an eye for graphic design, experience with content strategy, and technical email development skills. Under the supervision of the Director of Marketing, the Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing outbound email campaigns. This position also will use analytical tools to drive performance improvement.

This is a full-time position with an annual salary range between $50,000 - $58,000 depending upon experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes paid holidays, paid time off, employer paid health benefits, as well as retirement savings options with an employer match. Heinz Hall in downtown Pittsburgh is the work location for this position. The PSO supports a flexible, hybrid work environment, which currently includes three days per week in-person work.
