Role And Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate repairs for equipment flagged with Vehicle Maintenance Violations during inspections.
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained for all equipment, ensuring compliance and updating the maintenance file for each asset.
• Submit inspection document verification back to the inspecting state within the required timeframe.
• Maintain and organize inspection records for all equipment inspections received by Western Express.
• Ensure equipment in safety technology portals is accurate and reporting correctly.
• Collaborate with the Safety Team (Safety Managers and Driver Training) to analyze data trends and address issues through ongoing training and driver monitoring.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Department to ensure timely repairs and provide data to inform future campaigns or processes.
• Act as a liaison between the Maintenance and Safety departments to ensure effective communication and action.
• Monitor violation trends and collaborate with Safety and Maintenance teams to address these issues through targeted programs.
