Key Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality engineering solutions across Python, storage, and data pipelines

Conduct code reviews and oversee complex deployments

Optimize application performance and scalability, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience building backend systems with Python, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Kafka

Experience making key architectural decisions in heavily loaded SaaS systems

Proven track record of resolving bottlenecks and handling production incidents

Strong ability to translate product requirements into technical designs

Critical thinking and a system-level mindset for balancing short-term and long-term goals
