Job Summary
- The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides HR support across the region, working closely with frontline managers to help the business achieve its objectives. This role is responsible for executing HR strategies related to talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and project management within a designated region. The HRBP fosters collaborative relationships across the business to effectively implement HR strategies and drive organizational success.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Deliver comprehensive and practical HR solutions to field operations, acting as both a strategic and tactical contributorAlign HR strategies with field operations, providing strong, influential leadership to support multiple locationsDrive positive team member relations through proactive engagement, roundtable formats, surveys, and market action plans to improve retention and reduce turnover in alignment with company goalsEnsure compliance with company policies, state, and federal regulations. Manage team member relations, resolve EEO complaints, oversee investigations, and address grievancesCoach, counsel, and guide business leaders, managers, and team members to improve behavior and resultsTrack, analyze, and communicate key HR metrics. Collaborate with leadership to address emerging issues and trendsLead talent management processes, including succession planning, 9-box assessments, and talent action plansAdherence to company policies and procedures; ensure legal and regulatory compliance.Facilitate focus meetings and communication forums, presenting information clearly and concisely to diverse audiencesTranslate operational procedures into clear written policiesServe as a champion of BrightView's culture, purpose, and valuesPerform additional responsibilities or projects as assignedEducation and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, or related field required. MBA / PHR / SPHR preferredMinimum of 5 years of progressive HR management and / or generalist experienceProven ability to support multiple geographically dispersed facilitiesStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and team-building abilitiesAbility to build and maintain strategic working relationships across teams and departmentsEffective change agent with the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needsDeep understanding of business operations, HR practices, trends, and issuesStrong ability to manage and execute projects effectivelyDemonstrated capability to achieve goals in a timely and cost-effective mannerExcellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with keen attention to detailAbility to influence without formal authorityStrong work ethicQuick learner with a high degree of adaptabilityAbility to maintain confidentiality in all mattersBilingual proficiency is a plus but not requiredIn-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local labor lawsExperience with training techniques and classroom presentation skillsStrong PC literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointPhysical Demands / Requirements :
Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, photocopier, and computer printerPosition is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the timeAbility to travel up to 15-20% as neededWork Environment :
