KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities include :

• Ability to identify new clients, lead and manage existing client relationships.
• Delivering Workforce Transformation services across multiple client industries.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service.
• Create and advance thought leadership, internal and external tools, and resources and training for workforce transformation.
• Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities.
