Looking for Licensed Social Workers, Special Education Teachers, and Speech Language Pathologists to join our team!

Requirements : MUST HAVE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING

NYS Special Education Teacher : certified in Students with Disabilities (Birth-2nd grade)

LMSW / LCSW

M.S.CCC-SLP

TSSLD (Teacher of Students with Speech-Language Disabilities)

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HOLD A LICENSE IN ONE OF THESE AREAS-Initial or Professional license accepted

Responsibilities include :

Providing 1 : 1 ABA therapy, special instruction, or speech therapy in the childs natural environment (home and community-based settings).

Creating individualized treatment plans based off of the current outcomes and objectives established in the IFSP.

Implementing evidenced based strategies and techniques to facilitate learning and development.

Collecting data to monitor and track progress of new skills being learned in ABA programs

Writing daily session notes and quarterly progress reports following NYC Policy and Procedures.

About Our Agency :

Believe In Me is an early intervention agency that provides a variety of services for infants and toddlers with specialized needs, from birth to three years old. Our team is trained to provide effective and efficient therapeutic strategies and techniques using a family-centered approach. We believe in maximizing a childs potential by teaching them in their natural environment and daily routines in order to generalize important skills. Although our central office is located in Bronx, NY we are currently looking for kind, nurturing special education teachers, speech therapists, and licensed social workers (LMSW / LCSW) to work with the infants and young children in all five boroughs of New York City.

Income : Full time range is 90k to 135k per year
