Position : Manager, Pricing and Solutions Analytics

Position Summary

The Pricing and Solutions Analytics Manager is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across pricing and solution design functions. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic thinking to optimize pricing models, evaluate solution performance, and support commercial growth initiatives. The manager will work closely with Sales, Solution Design, and Direct Pricing teams to ensure competitive, margin-protected proposals and operational feasibility.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

Pricing Strategy & Analysis

• Develop and maintain pricing models for domestic and international freight forwarding.
• Analyze bid data to identify trends, margin opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Support tariff updates (e.g., OMNI 7L Blanket, Czarlite, Legacy Tariff) and ensure alignment with market conditions.
