A company is looking for a Renewals Representative, DACH.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer review and renewal calls to assess satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Build and manage renewal quotes, process orders, and maintain account history in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet renewal and sales quotas
Required Qualifications
Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
3-5+ years in SaaS renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding retention / quota targets
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Experience using a CRM database, with HubSpot and Salesforce being a plus
