Previous call center or customer service experience is helpful, but not required — we'll train you!

Responsibilities
What You'll Do :
Be the Voice of Support : Serve as the first point of contact for patients, facilities, and potential customers — providing kind, professional assistance every step of the way.
Problem-Solve with Purpose : Research questions, troubleshoot light device issues (training provided!), and make sure every concern is fully resolved.
Follow Up & Follow Through : Check in with patients to ensure their devices meet expectations and their experience feels seamless.
Team Collaboration : When something needs a higher touch, loop in your team lead or supervisor — no one flies solo here.
Stay Organized : Enter accurate notes in our CRM system to keep patient records up to date and clear.
Represent with Care : You'll be a trusted representative of our brand, ensuring every interaction reflects compassion and quality.
