Senior Associate Attorney

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced attorney to step into a high-level role, providing expert estate planning services to our valued clients. This is an in-office position where you’ll be working alongside a collaborative team and will have the chance to lead, mentor, and make an immediate impact.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Provide legal counsel to high-net-worth individuals and families on trusts, wills, probate, and related matters.
• Lead and manage complex estate planning, probate, and administration cases.
• Draft and review estate planning documents with precision and care using Wealth Counsel software.
• Jump in on sophisticated trust and estate issues and collaborate with our legal team to provide the best outcomes for our clients.
• Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Engage with clients directly to understand their needs, build lasting relationships, and maintain a high level of trust and confidentiality.
• Execute and handle client-facing design meetings.
• Answer client questions with ease and knowledge.
• Answer legal team questions with ease and knowledge.
• Manage and oversee paralegals.
• Ensure legal staff is supported in meeting KPI requirements.
• Host webinars and workshops within the community (min. 2 nights a month required).
• Trust Administration experience preferred.
• Probate experience preferred.
