Hospitalist Physician

Seeking an adaptable, collaborative, BE / BC Hospitalist looking to spend time with patients and provide top quality care in Fargo, North Dakota.

Position Details :

• 140 Beds, Closed ICU
• Strong, collegial team atmosphere with 20 full-time hospitalists and NP support
• Manage an average of 14-17 patients per hospitalist
• No procedures required
• Access specialty and 24 / 7 intensivist support
• Daytime shift
• Shift is 7 / 7 on & off
• Flexible shifts and scheduling options
• Compensation : $337,000
• Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
