You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging expertise in cloud, enterprise architecture, and emerging technologies to drive value and mitigate risks. This role involves travel to customer sites and requires close coordination with internal account teams, partners, and executives. The environment is fast-paced, high-impact, and highly collaborative, offering opportunities to influence strategic outcomes at the federal level.

Accountabilities :

• Lead the design and presentation of outcome-based enterprise solutions aligned with federal client needs.
• Collaborate with account teams and customer stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements.
• Translate business objectives into technical architectures and solution proposals, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Manage customer and internal expectations, mitigating risk throughout presales engagements.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of emerging technologies, market trends, and federal IT requirements.
• Build relationships with VPs, CxOs, and other senior stakeholders to influence technical strategies and drive solution adoption.
• Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new solution deployment.
• Document and share best practices, providing mentorship and knowledge transfer to peers and partners.
