Director of Payments Strategy

A company is looking for a Director of Product, Payments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead payment platform integrations to ensure a reliable and scalable payment experience

Define payout and settlement standards while ensuring merchant-facing transparency

Establish a risk and compliance framework to minimize exposure and maintain audit readiness

Required Qualifications

6 years of experience in payments, fintech, or retail product; 3 years in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of acquiring, gateway, clearing, settlement, and card-scheme rules

Experience in defining and executing product strategy aligned with company goals

Familiarity with payment platform integrations such as Stripe or Adyen is a plus

Proven ability in data-driven execution and cross-functional leadership
