Position Summary :

The Director will work cross-functionally with government, business banking, consumer and other lines of business, legal, compliance, marketing, state and local stakeholders, forward flow purchasers, capital partners and other stakeholders to drive impactful lending programs and maintain a favorable CRA rating.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensuring Texas Capital meets or exceeds CRA regulatory requirements and plays a meaningful role in supporting the credit needs of low- and moderate-income (LMI) communities.
• Leading the origination, underwriting and funding strategies for small business lending in the State of Texas and beyond.
• Supporting Texas Capital's partnerships with the Small Business Administration, the Texas Economic Development & Tourism Office, the Department of Defense and other governmental agencies to design, implement and deliver lending programs meeting stakeholder and sponsor priorities.
