VoIP Network Engineer

A company is looking for a VoIP Network Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Design and recommend SIP-based VoIP network infrastructure to leadership

Manage vendor relationships and provide hardware and software design recommendations

Conduct Tier 4 troubleshooting of SIP-based network elements and services

Required Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university

Five years of experience in telecommunications related to VoIP engineering

Expert level understanding of SIP, RTP, RTCP, and DTMF interworking

Proven track record in vendor management and technical management of advanced VoIP solutions

Experience with troubleshooting tools such as Empirix and Wireshark
