Quality Control Manager - Data Center Construction

A leading general contractor delivering large-scale data center builds across the U.S. is seeking an experienced QC Manager to join their Arizona project team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in field-based quality control who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement all site-level Quality Control procedures for active data center projects.
  • Perform inspections and verification of MEP, structural, and architectural installations to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Manage and maintain QC documentation , inspection reports, and punch lists.
  • Coordinate with project management, commissioning, and client teams to resolve quality issues in real time.
  • Oversee third-party testing and ensure all work meets required industry and client standards .
  • Support turnover and handover documentation as part of project closeout.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Quality Control on data center , mission-critical , or complex commercial projects .
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, MEP systems , and technical standards.
  • Demonstrated experience performing inspections and managing field QC records.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across subcontractors and project teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-focused mindset.
