Shift Information : 2nd Shift Production : Monday-Friday, 2 : 30PM to 11 : 00PM Overtime can be available . Collect measurements, test and report results on various components to ensure they fall within specification ranges. Ensure that sandwiches are being built to specification. Conduct in line audits / product assessments for specification compliance on food products. Coordinate with production on regulatory and quality issues, and document corrective actions. Ensure GMPs are being followed. Assess facility for sanitary compliance. Collect weights and measurements of finished good products. Ensure package integrity and accuracy. Other duties as assigned. . Position Requirements : Ability to operate standard lab equipment. Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Be detailed and organized. Problem solving skills. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Knowledge of Food Safety fundamentals is desirable. The ability to read and understand specifications and other technical documents. Strong attention to detail; data and sample collection, accuracy in paperwork. Ability to use a tablet / iPad.
