Quality Control Manager
Harder Mechanical is one of the nation's largest mechanical contractors with an outstanding reputation for working safely, meeting tough schedules, and delivering quality projects. Based in Portland, Oregon, we work primarily in the 11-western states with regional offices in Reno, NV; Phoenix, AZ; Los Angeles, CA; Richmond, CA; Salt Lake City, UT. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be working in one of these market sectors : Commercial Buildings (healthcare, higher education, mission critical, and retail), Advanced Technology (semiconductor manufacturing, renewable energy), or Industrial (pulp and paper manufacturing). This role monitors and maintains Harder's quality standards while complying with local and state regulations. This is a long-term, direct-hire position; the successful candidate will be assigned to an existing project with the potential for project opportunities beyond their originally assigned project. Candidates must be able to work locally at a job site in Phoenix, AZ or willing to relocate there at their own expense.

What You'll Be Doing :
- Supervise quality control inspectors, field team, and work to ensure all quality standards are met
- Oversee operations and procedures to make sure there are no deviations from the quality requirements and standards
- Track quality control statistics, and complete necessary documentation
- Inspect field work, and work with the Quality Control team to perform necessary tests and quality control assessments on-site
- Train Quality Control Professionals, lead meetings, and coordinate with the client and Project Management team
- Understand the quality requirements of the client, Harder Mechanical Contractors, and specific local and state regulations
