Position Overview

As a Cleaning Associate, you'll play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. You'll work independently or as part of a team to complete routine cleaning tasks during the evening shift. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured work, take pride in their attention to detail, and want to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Sweep and mop floors to maintain a polished appearance

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

Vacuum carpets and rugs to keep areas fresh and tidy

Dust surfaces to reduce allergens and improve air quality

Sanitize bathrooms, break rooms, and high-touch areas

Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed

Follow company protocols and safety guidelines

Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

No prior experience is required-we provide all necessary training! We're looking for candidates who :

Are dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

Can follow instructions and work independently

Have strong attention to detail and take pride in their work

Are physically capable of performing cleaning tasks

Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance

Are at least 18 years of age
