About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Transformation and Project Management to play a pivotal role in driving large-scale process and technology improvement initiatives within the CFO organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading transformation projects, partnering with business leaders, IT, and third-party vendors to define and deliver results. This role demands a professional with a strategic vision and the ability to execute hands-on, ensuring operational excellence and a measurable impact. Key responsibilities include gathering and presenting complex data, facilitating consensus, creating project documentation, and monitoring project metrics to align with strategic objectives.
Applicants must have 8-10 years' of experience in business analysis, project management, or process improvement within financial services, with a strong preference for those with a background in investment management. A background in a top consulting or audit firm is highly desirable. The role requires a proven track record in transformation initiatives, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship builder, an excellent communicator, and a results-driven professional with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or finance. The position demands a highly adaptable individual who is detail-oriented, and eager to learn, and can balance independence with collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
