About the Role

We're looking for experienced and detail-oriented Carpenters to join a growing construction team in the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoys working with their hands, and can handle both residential and commercial carpentry projects.

What You'll Do

Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical drawings

Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other building materials

Build, install, and repair walls, doors, windows, cabinets, stairs, and flooring

Assemble and frame structures such as partitions and stairways

Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely

Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or apprenticeship a plus)

Proven experience as a carpenter or in a related construction trade

Strong ability to read blueprints and use carpentry tools accurately

Excellent attention to detail, craftsmanship, and safety practices

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Preferred (but not required) :

OSHA 30 certification

Site Safety License (DOB)
