Production Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Production Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement technology solutions to enhance throughput and efficiency metrics

Lead investigations and root cause analyses of production operation issues

Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to develop and represent software capabilities

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in systems design, implementation, and operations of 24 / 7 production systems

3+ years of production support experience in distribution, fulfillment, or logistics environments

Ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL statements against production databases

Familiarity with monitoring and managing cloud-based services

Working knowledge of network protocols and server-to-server communication techniques
