About the role : As a customer service coordinator for TQL, you will receive extensive training to become a subject matter expert in a specific mode of transportation, like full-truckload, less-than-truckload or drayage, to support daily shipment activities. You will be the go-to-support for our sales reps, directly helping grow the company.
