Job description3 weeks PTO from day one + 9 paid holidays (including your birthday!) Company-paid medical insurance option starting on the 1st day of the month after 30 days of employment Dental, vision, life insurance, and supplemental benefits are available 401(k) retirement savings with financial planning support Rent discount : 20% if you live at the property you support; $100 off at other HGPM communities Employee referral program, learning and development portal, and growth paths Respond to daily maintenance requests with urgency, care, and a resident-first attitude Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including general repairs, cleaning, and painting Participate in the snow removal rotation and emergency on-call schedule Maintain common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems Support vendor coordination and ensure timely completion of unit turns A minimum of 1 year of recent hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily, facilities, hospitality, or related trades Your own basic tool set (a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded pliers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure) Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required) You live within 10 miles of Park at Fitzsimons Apartments. The nearest major cross streets are Peoria and Colfax. A team-player mindset and a desire to grow your skills and career
