Job descriptionMonitor and document equipment downtime, maintenance needs, and inventory usage. Perform general facility and grounds upkeep. Identify and resolve equipment or facility issues to reduce downtime and ensure safety compliance. Assist with equipment setup and changeovers on production and packaging lines. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems. Collaborate effectively with operations, quality assurance, and sanitation teams. Conduct routine and emergency maintenance as required by schedules or system alerts. Carry out additional maintenance-related duties as assigned. 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably food or beverage Familiarity with lockout / tagout procedures Mechanical knowledge of components such as motors, bearings, chains, gearboxes, and seals Pneumatic troubleshooting experience (solenoids, compressed air systems) Root cause analysis for mechanical issues Basic understanding of electrical systems (fuses, relays, starters, etc.) Ability to read and apply equipment manuals for repairs Proficient with multimeters and understanding of control and source voltage systems (single-phase and three-phase) General facility repair knowledge (e.g., plumbing, lighting, flooring) Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed Ability to lift 15–50 lbs (with or without accommodation) Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Comfortable working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment Effective communication skills Team-oriented mindset Experience with PLC systems (Allen Bradley or Siemens) Skills in welding, fabrication, or machining

Position Summary Industrial Maintenance Technician supporting a food production facility in Denver, CO.
Schedule : Full-time, Monday through Thursday. May include occasional overtime, weekend, or holiday shifts.
Available Shifts : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

- Hourly wage : $33 – $40 (based on experience)
