Maintenance Technician
Position Summary Industrial Maintenance Technician supporting a food production facility in Denver, CO.
Schedule : Full-time, Monday through Thursday. May include occasional overtime, weekend, or holiday shifts.
Available Shifts : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
Compensation & Benefits

Primary Responsibilities
Monitor and document equipment downtime, maintenance needs, and inventory usage.Perform general facility and grounds upkeep.Identify and resolve equipment or facility issues to reduce downtime and ensure safety compliance.Assist with equipment setup and changeovers on production and packaging lines.Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.Collaborate effectively with operations, quality assurance, and sanitation teams.Conduct routine and emergency maintenance as required by schedules or system alerts.Carry out additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.Skills / Qualifications / Education
2+ years of industrial maintenance experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably food or beverageFamiliarity with lockout / tagout proceduresMechanical knowledge of components such as motors, bearings, chains, gearboxes, and sealsPneumatic troubleshooting experience (solenoids, compressed air systems)Root cause analysis for mechanical issuesBasic understanding of electrical systems (fuses, relays, starters, etc.)Ability to read and apply equipment manuals for repairsProficient with multimeters and understanding of control and source voltage systems (single-phase and three-phase)General facility repair knowledge (e.g., plumbing, lighting, flooring)Requirements
Availability to work weekends and holidays as neededAbility to lift 15–50 lbs (with or without accommodation)Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periodsComfortable working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environmentEffective communication skillsTeam-oriented mindsetPreferred but Not Required
Experience with PLC systems (Allen Bradley or Siemens)Skills in welding, fabrication, or machining
