TCMS Office Administrator

Work with an amazing team and you are an amazing person while functioning as the first contact for the TCMS office Physicians and their staff. Provide administrative support to the department, badge program, events, and projects.

Responsibilities :

• First point of contact for physicians, their office staff, and the general public that contact TCMS including greeting physicians / their staff at TCMS front desk and notifying internal party of their arrival, providing information to help visitors, answering phones and directing calls to appropriate people.
• Manage the community-wide physician identification badge program.
• Manage physician photos, assuring proper identification, file location, and appropriate size and clarity for database and directory.
• Track and maintain records of meetings and events including participation, responses, and final event outcomes.
• Provide administrative support, and assist with timelines for major projects, programs, and events, and coordinate their implementation with project / program owners.
• Order supplies for TCMS, boardroom, and second floor workroom.
• Provide general administrative support for TCMS operations
• Staff events and meetings as assigned.
• Perform other duties and / or special projects as assigned.
