Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Telecom Project Coordinator with experience in wireless telecom to support high-volume construction deployments across the North Texas (NTX) and Desert Southwest (DSW) markets, including Arizona, New Mexico, and surrounding areas.
This fully remote role prefers candidates in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zones
Key Responsibilities
- Support Construction Project Managers with document control and coordination of deployment activities.
- Maintain accurate records in client and internal tracking systems, including RFDS databases.
- Manage electronic project documentation and ensure timely uploads of site-specific deliverables.
- Track milestones, deployment statuses, and schedules across multiple sites.
- Attend meetings and provide project updates.
- Ensure tasks are completed within timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of project administration experience.Preferred : 1+ year in wireless telecom project coordination.High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training may substitute experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.Experience with AT&T MCA systems is advantageous.Highly organized with strong communication skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Details
