Key Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

Perform basic vacation rental preventative maintenance
Assist with minor repairs
Keep records of all maintenance work performed
Comply with all safety regulations

Maintenance Technician Benefits

Seven days of PTO / per year

Yearly $1 / hr raise

End-of-year profit-sharing bonus

$200 / mo QSEHRA program for health, dental, and vision expenses.

56 cents / mile mileage reimbursement

Overtime pay

Maintenance Technician Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of experience in preventative maintenance

Understanding and utilizing timekeeping, communication, and task management phone apps.

Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
