Job Title : Training Lead

Job Description

As a Training Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the training matrix for team members across the organization. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating departmental training sessions for direct labor, indirect labor, office, and other support functions. Additionally, you will onboard new team members, set individual training goals, and prepare detailed training reports to assess the completeness of training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a comprehensive training matrix for all team members.
• Schedule and organize training sessions for various departments including direct labor, indirect labor, and office support.
• Set up new team members in the system and develop tailored individual training plans.
• Establish goals and expectations for training deliverables.
• Prepare training reports to evaluate the status and completeness of training requirements.
• Track changes and update QMS documents related to training needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the company to address training requirements.
• Identify and recommend solutions for continuous improvement in the training process.
• Work with other departments to record and maintain training documents.

The role is based in a clean and well-organized machine shop environment. The workspace is not overcrowded, providing an ideal setting for effective and efficient training operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00 / hr.
