Job Summary :

Manage the design, planning, validation and implementation of new packaging technologies, materials, line extensions, package / product improvement and technical service for Attindas Health Partners that meet product offering requirements. Deliver ideas to increase the value of the company (cost reductions, innovations, solutions, etc.). The Packaging Engineer will support both North American manufacturing locations and be expected to work cross functionally to understand and meet the needs of customers as well as proactively provide improvements to standard package designs. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to :

• Identification and quantification of cost-savings and opportunities to reduce waste, and improve efficiency packaging by optimizing pallet and container / truck fill
• Driving a culture of continuously improving manufacturing utilizing Lean, Six Sigma concepts & principles.
• Supporting process qualification and validation activities leading to consistency in manufacturing and packaging.

This position requires a motivated individual that facilitates, and drives change in a fast paced and ever-changing environment leveraging his / her strong interpersonal skills, to successfully deliver projects working with cross-functional teams.
