Director of Operations

The Alexander Technology Group is looking for a Director of Operations / Chief of staff for a pharma company in the Portsmouth, NH area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives that align with the organization's goals.
• Serve as a bridge for internal and external communications, ensuring clear, consistent messaging throughout the organization.
• Manage key projects and initiatives, often acting as a project manager to ensure timely completion.
• Provide advice and support to the executive team, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and priorities across the organization.
