Were looking for a strategic and technical Director of Engineering to lead our development teams. Youll oversee engineering teams building scalable, high-performance software platforms across a variety of domainsincluding cloud services, data infrastructure, user-facing applications, and real-time analytics. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams (10+ team members).
• Define and execute the engineering roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Be the primary technical contact for key clients, technology partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage all external and internal communication regarding our engineering offerings.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Establish and enforce best practices in software development, architecture, and DevOps.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development for engineers.
• Monitor KPIs and engineering metrics to ensure productivity and quality.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
• Champion a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term objectives, develop business plans, and align the engineering strategy with the companys overall goals.
• Oversee vendor and client relationships, ensuring that engineering tasks are delivered to client specifications, and escalate any issues or risks to senior leadership as necessary.
