About the Role :

We are looking for a collaborative and solutions-focused Infor Solution Architect to lead the optimization, integration, and enhancement of our Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Syteline) systems. This role supports key business functions and helps streamline processes through thoughtful technical design and implementation.

What You'll Do :

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Infor CSI systems to support evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Customize modules and create dashboards / reports using Birst and Infor Mongoose.
• Integrate Infor with other business systems (e.g., CRM, HR, Financial platforms).
• Guide project planning, testing, and deployment with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Support users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
• Stay up to date with best practices and emerging technologies to support continuous improvement.
