Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced AWS Deployment Technical Program Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role involves deploying complex AWS solutions and other cloud-native solutions while leading strategic initiatives across multiple AWS teams. The ideal candidate will be a mission-critical member of the leadership team, driving technical requirements, design, and delivery planning to ensure the successful launch of high-profile tools and features for developers building on AWS.

Responsibilities :

• Deploy complex AWS solutions and other cloud-native solutions.
• Unify distributed engineering efforts and own the plan to deliver high-profile new tools and features for developers building on AWS.
• Lead strategic initiatives across various AWS teams to provide developers with impactful improvements.
• Maintain a high standard of excellence for the developer experience by leveraging your software development knowledge.
• Drive technical requirements, design, and delivery planning, collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency and decision-making across AWS senior leadership by providing critical communication and clear status updates on initiatives.
• Utilize problem-solving skills, expertise, and creativity to add value and diversity of thought to the team.
