NorCal Builders is seeking a sharp, reliable Project Coordinator to directly support our lead project manager, and help drive success across our commercial and healthcare construction projects. This is a vital role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and takes pride in seamless communication and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects from pre-construction to close-out
• Maintain detailed schedules, timelines, and audit-ready documentation
• Attend job walks, assist with planning logistics, and open jobs in project software
• Communicate with clients, vendors, inspectors, subs, and internal crews
• Prepare and track contracts, change orders, and permitting requirements
• Support job site operations, material procurement, and workflow coordination
• Work directly with the Infection Prevention Department for healthcare builds
• Ensure high-quality performance standards are met across all phases
