A local State Farm Insurance Agent seeking an outgoing and qualified professional who enjoys working with the public. An energetic professional interested in helping grow a business and being looked at as an advisor in the community! An intelligent person who can multitask under pressure and desires a high-income potential! The Office Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member position will assist in developing business leadership skills, as well as sales and marketing experience.

Job Details
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Identify coverage gaps, and market appropriate products & services to customers.
- Make proposals to potential clients. (In-person & on the phone)
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based processes to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Outbound calling to current & new potential clients.

- Must be very well organized, and able to multitask in high pressure situations
- Must be able to obtain Property, Casualty, Life, Accident and Health licensing
