Overview
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Caregiver Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for making daily outbound calls to recruit qualified caregivers who can provide care and support to elderly and veteran clients. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make approximately 100 outbound calls per day to potential caregiver candidates.
Conduct phone screenings to verify qualifications and availability.
Clearly explain job details, requirements, and expectations to candidates.
Schedule in-person interviews and assist with onboarding paperwork.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Follow up with applicants to ensure completion of required hiring steps (orientation, background checks, credentialing, etc.).
Work closely with the staffing team to meet weekly hiring goals and ensure adequate caregiver coverage.
Represent the organization professionally and provide a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume outbound calling experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using databases or applicant tracking systems.
Able to manage time effectively and stay productive throughout the workday.
Professional demeanor and a genuine interest in helping caregivers find meaningful work supporting seniors and veterans.
