California RN Quality Assurance Manager

A company is looking for an RN Quality Assurance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct staged chart audits for new providers and deliver feedback

Lead clinical documentation and compliance audits, optimizing the peer review process

Monitor quality metrics and generate reports for medical operations and executive leadership

Required Qualifications

Active RN license required (multi-state licensure preferred)

5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a quality assurance or clinical compliance role

Experience in behavioral health, telehealth, or ambulatory care preferred

Strong knowledge of documentation standards and regulatory compliance

Experience managing QA teams or peer review programs preferred
