Workday HCM Specialist

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Core Specialist to assist with a large project.

Key Responsibilities

Assist team members with weekly releases, testing solutions, and participating in unit testing

Support Fiscal Year End cutover tasks and configuration for the HCM Core area

Implement HCM Core business process optimization enhancements and propose solutions for backlog items

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience with Job Taxonomy, Workday Organizations, HCM Core Business Processes, and EIB Loads

Basic entry-level configuration experience

Workday HCM Pro Certification is a plus
