Job Summary
The Manager, Benefits Services plays a pivotal role in delivering high-impact benefits services through CCBSS' HR Services team, supporting several Coca-Cola Bottlers and the CCBSS organization internally. This leader oversees the strategic and operational management of our benefits administration service offering, which includes support for annual enrollment, vendor partnerships, compliance, invoice processing, and continuous process improvement. The role is instrumental in driving service excellence, fostering collaborative relationships, and supporting initiatives that enhance employee well-being and organizational effectiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of benefits professionals who administer comprehensive health and welfare programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA / FSA, 401(k), and ancillary benefits.
- Build strong relationships with clients and partner with them to implement new benefit offerings, systems, vendors, and plan design changes
- Ensure consistent execution of data integrity audits across clients by designing and overseeing a comprehensive audit process
- Troubleshoot and ensure resolution of issues that arise with file feed errors or audit variances; oversee regulatory and compliance audits
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders (e.g. CONA, Capgemini, SAP, benefits vendors, and the broader BSNA HR Services team) to ensure seamless data integration
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to benefits, including ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of benefits professionals, sharing subject matter expertise and knowledge transfer opportunities
- Oversee and participate in projects focused on benefits innovation and operational efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and participate in continuing education
- Identify and implement process improvements through automation, standardization, and / or service expansion.

CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location regularly (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager's discretion. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager's discretion and is subject to change depending on business needs.
