Our client, a highly respected personal injury firm, is looking for a skilled Trial Attorney to take the lead on complex, high-value cases. What You’ll Do :

• Take ownership of significant personal injury cases from intake through trial in NC District and Superior Courts
• Build winning strategies through investigation, discovery, motion practice, and expert collaboration
• Conduct depositions, manage negotiations, and argue motions with confidence
• Present cases at trial, including direct / cross examinations and persuasive jury advocacy
• Guide clients through the litigation process with clarity and compassion
• Share knowledge with junior attorneys and contribute to a high-performing litigation team
