Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.\nMore about our team\nIs able to carry out an appropriate plan of care based off assessment, clinical recommendations and requirements in a team- oriented environment for cardiac procedures.\nHas the ability to perform medication administration in the safe and compliant manner with standards of nursing practice and monitoring the patient who has received sedation within the procedural care area.\nIs able to perform correct documentation in compliance with hospital and nursing standards on appropriate charting systems. Cerner documentation hospital-wide and McKesson or "Change" documentation within the procedural area. Experience preferred but not required.\nContinuously evaluates patient condition and has the ability to work and make decisions independently and able to provide education appropriately based off patient circumstances, condition, cultural and spiritual needs.\nAbility with training to monitor, identify and appropriately handle pacing protocols with assistance from EP physician on Abbott Workmate.\nWith training the EP RN will be able to remove and manage site from arterial and venous sheaths\nThe EP Lab nurse will work closely in a sterile environment with the interdisciplinary team to perform the following procedures : \nPermanent Pacemaker Implantation, BivICD, BiV pacemakers and Micra pacemaker\nAblations- Atrial fibrillation / Flutter and Cryo-Ablations\nSVT, Ventricular tachycardia\nLoop Recorder Watchmen Implantation\nHow you will contribute\nA Registered Nurse (RN)

who excels in this role : \nAccurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs\nIdentifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions\nProvides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient\nPerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record\nResponsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient\nPerforms timely and accurate QI assessments

What we are looking for\nApplicants should have a current state RN license.\nBachelors degree preferred but not required\nAdditional requirements include : \nBasic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.\nACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.\nOne year of experience preferred\n1-3 years preferred with recent critical care or EP / CL experience
