Job description

Seeking an AP Clerk to assist our Accounting Department in Naperville, IL.

  • This is a temporary position
  • Candidates must have previous SAP experience.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and will not require current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities :

  • Completing payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Ensuring outstanding balances are updated with credit memos that are due.
  • Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Maintaining historical records of all invoices, reports, receipts, and cheques by saving documents properly on the network.
  • Confirming subcontractor billed working hours, bonuses, and projects.

    • Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years AP experience.
  • Previous experience with SAP system.
  • Must have good Microsoft Excel skills.
