Job descriptionMinimum 5 years’ experience in commercial construction project management with a general contractor Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ideally $5M+ in value Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and best practices Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar) Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Competitive base salary ($90,000 – $120,000+ DOE) Performance-based bonus structure Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k) Vehicle allowance / mileage reimbursement Career progression with a growing general contractor

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Lead project teams and coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, and clients
- Oversee project budgets, contracts, schedules, and change orders
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to senior leadership
